Introduction

I am making this guide hoping it can be used as a quick reference for upgrading a weapon. This will be the first in an effort of making a chain of small quick reference guides. I hope to have more quick guides done soon. Any comments, suggestions and other feedback are greatly appreciated.

Your weapon

When you craft your lvl20 weapon, you’ll see bottom-left of your screen that it’s level 1. First off go to an Arms Dealer and change the experience ratio between character and weapon. Once you’ve done that you can go grind and your weapon will get experience aswell. Once it’s about to hit Level 6 it will remain stuck at level 5. To continue leveling it you’ll need to upgrade it!

Upgrading

There are 5 Stages for your weapon. To advance to a next stage it requires:

Stage 1 : Level 5 (at 100%) + Meteor Lv1 + Crystal lv2
Stage 2 : Level 9 (at 100%) + Meteor Lv2 + Crystal lv2
Stage 3 : Level 13 (At 100%) + Meteor Lv3 + Crystal lv2
Stage 4 : Level 16 (At 100%) + Meteor Lv4 + Crystal lv2
Stage 5 : Level 20 (At 100%) + Awakening

Refine Meteor

Just like with Crystals, to get a higher level Meteor you need to refine it using the magic cube. The meteor is a random drop, so all you need is luck to get a few. In the magic cube, insert 1 meteor in the sun slot, 1 in the moon slot and 1 in a star slot.

Meteor Refines

Level 1 : Drop
Level 2 : 3x Level 1 Meteor
Level 3 : 3x Level 2 Meteor -> 9 Level 1 Meteors
Level 4 : 3x Level 3 Meteor -> 27 Level 1 Meteors

Awakening

At level 20, you have to awaken your weapon in order to continue leveling it (upto 40). For this you need a lvl20 with 100% exp weapon and a Glazed stone (Purchasable at any Arms Dealer). Insert the weapon in the sun slot and the glazed stone into the moon slot and run it. This is your final upgrade at lvl20. The same thing applies for lvl40 and lvl60 weapons. they require a different stone though.
