1. What is Crystal?

Crystal is widely used in the world of Chaos Online. They can be used to enhance the quality of your equipment, to embed gems to your equipment, to craft high quality equipment etc.

Crystal has different levels. The high the level is, the better the result will you get from the above actions.

Lv.1 Crystal		Lv.2 Crystal		Lv.3 Crystal
Lv.4 Crystal		Lv.5 Crystal		Lv.6 Crystal

2. How to make Crystals?

Before we get to know how to make Crystals, let us know what is Star Power. Star Power is contained in the creatures in the world of Chaos Online. Once you have killed a creature out there, you will have a chance to absorb Star Power from it.

Once you absorbed Star Power, you will see the Energy bar beside your avatar will turn out to be blue. Once the energy bar is fully filled, you will find the Circle under your avatar is lightened up and now you are able to use Crystallize skill to make Crystals.

Crystallize skill is automatically learnt after you created your character. Press “S” button to bring up the Skill panel. Drag the Crystallize Skill icon to your F1 quick bar. Once the circle under your avatar is lightened up, press F1 and you will get a Lv.1 Crystal.

If you have the smart picker, you can also set the robot to make Crystals automatically for you. As the picture shown below, that means robot will make 1 crystal after 1 circle is lightened up.

The higher level you are, the more energy circles are available to you. At most you can have 5 circles to store Star Power.

3. How to upgrade Crystal Levels?

Crystals have different levels. You can only make Lv.1 Crystals by Crystallize skill. What happens if you need a Lv.2 or even Lv.5 Crystal?

Basic Rule: You need 6 same level Crystals to make a next level Crystal with 100% successful rate!

6 Lv.1 Crystals + Magic Cube = 1 Lv. 2 Crystal

6 Lv.2 Crystals + Magic Cube = 1 Lv. 3 Crystal

……

Let’s see the whole procedure of making a Lv.2 Crystal.

1. Make sure you have 6 Lv.1 Crystals with you.

2. Open your Magic Cube. Now you need to put Crystals in all slots in Magic Cube. Put the first Crystal in Sun Slot and the 2nd Crystal in Moon Slot. And then put the rest 4 Lv.1 Crystals in the rest Star slots.

The central item in picture indicates what will be made after you hit the Run button. The blue circle around the central item is the successful rate. As we can see from the above pictures (click for large images), the 2nd picture indicates the successful rate is low while the 3rd picture indicates that the successful rate is 100%.
