Chaos has an unique skill system which includes two kind of skills–normal skill and star skill. Compare to normal skill, star skill is more powerful, and it consumes Cosmo Energy instead of Magic Point. To use a star skills there are two conditions are necessary. The first is you have to learn the skill book, and the second is you have to embed the skill stone into your weapon.

How to obtain

Skill stones are only dropped by monsters, which means you only can obtain them by killing monsters.

How to embed

First you need to make a socket into your weapon by using Ruby or Topaz. After you make a socket, put your weapon into sun slot of Magic Cube and a skill stone into moon slot, then click “Run”. Please make sure that the weapon involved must have enough capacities and slots available.

How to remove

Success rate for gem removal is 100%.

Sockets and Gems are still fully functional upon the removal act which will take off all gems on a weapon or equipment.

Blacksmith can remove Skill Gems as well as Star Gems from your weapons and equipments.
He’ll charge you virtual currency for doing it. 10k for weapons, 200k for armors, 150k for bracelets, necklaces and rings, 10k for helmets, belts, gloves and boots.

a) Talk to Blacksmith and click Remove Star/Skill Gems

b) Enter detailed removal options while making room for storing removed gems in backpack.
