Weapon repairing is more complex than equipment repairing, which weapon repairing needs 3 types of ores while equipment repqiring only needs iron ore.

Awakening weapon repairing dose not concern the quality factor.

To find out what ores are needed to repair your weapon is very somplex. However, to figure out how many ores are needed is very simple. No matter what weapon you want to repair you only need 1 ore. For instance, to repair a level 40 elite weapon you need 1 level 4 (elite quality requires level 4 ores) silver ore. (level 40 weapon requires silver ores)
Put the weapon into sun slot and the suitable ore into moon slot; then click “Run” button.
You can also repair equipments and weapons with Repair Scroll 
which you can get it from Chaos Mall. Put the equipment at the sun slog of Magic Cube and Special Repair Scroll at the moon slog, then click “Run”. Please be noted that you have to split Special Repair Scrolls, since scrolls you get from Chaos Mall are a stack of 9.
