How come I don't even given a chance to hear from GM? This is not fair.
I hv alrady said, there is no more Lions Gems I need to add cause my item is already max. I just do is keep lvling
and even they hv only charm and yet after lvl up I keep continue to lost MA. This is not right.

MrsPro, appreciate you can at lease let me hear from GM on me feed back before close it.

GM was given time to reply to you..and they did reply to you and that is why i closed it because it is not a bug its bad luck.
Now what I said before was not implying that you changed your items, was just stating that is the cause of lower MA but higher crit.
EXAMPLE for me only 2 of my items have level 5 lions in it and it will stay that way because thats how i am personally comfortable.

I did not close the issue till after GM's replied to it. Granted it may not have been what exactly you were looking for, but they did in fact say that it was not a bug and that is why i closed it.

MrsPro, I think u still don't understand what I mean.
Even with high crit and low MA ring, and there is not further Attribute (blue) that helps me increase the MA. I lvl the item from 70+ to 80+ I still get to hv M-Attack increase. The problem is after I lvl from 70 to 80 and I hv -MA. The item is already in "Charm" further upgrade even it stay as Charm, the item should still give me a increase of "M-Attack" unless I failed in reinforces and the lvl drop and that I can understand. Fine if this is what GM investigate and what u view on is not bugs than let gm give me a final ans. Anyway I tried to PM GM in game and I am also very disappointed. There is no respond and I also hv log a few cases  on the on line support help and also write in and was told they will investigate and I am still waiting. let see how.

I understand what your saying perfectly your saying when you upgrade your items that had charm on them it is not changing it is staying charm..this however does suck but it happens. I used 3 purgation stones on one of my items and all 3 were in fact charm...charm...charm. I will log onto game in one sec and send you a pm if you like to meet me somewhere.
