No Mobs attacking or Respawning

Once again the server needs a reboot, no mobs are spawning nor are they attacking. Reboot please Also should give double cosmo/drop/exp because from what i have been told its been like this all day

Ya kno...It's been 12hrs since I was on last... and it stil hasnt been fixed... this is gay... obviously you lazy GM"s and Dev's dontcare anymore...
