Wedding Jitters
Having been married unofficially before the wedding ceremony worked in game, my wife and I decided that now the wedding system works, we would formally marry in game.
Having proposed to one another, we proceeded to the wedding chapel. Upon trying to get the chaplain to marry us, we got the message regarding being man and wife. BOTH of us received a wedding card, but neither of us were charged for the wedding, and neither of us are actually married (i.e. my character name is still MrTorak, and my status is still single, although this has now changed to mrstorak[T]'s fiancee)
Every time we try to marry, we are told that we already have a wedding card, and are unable to complete the marriage ceremony.
I have tried to remove the wedding card, but it is a non-tradeable item, which cannot be sold to an npc, and also cannot be dropped
out IGN's, as already mentioned are :-

TIA for your attention to this problem, as I know that several other people have had this problem too, although most of them have not had this EXACT problem
