Renewing Costumes/Honor Suits

Ok this happened to me twice today, once with the honor suit i went to renew it and it disappeared. I took off my costume today to renew it, and it took the diamonds and the suit is gone. I have relogged since..its not in my mail or in my inventory or on me..So be warned to anybody renewing costumes/honor suits they might just disappear completely.

No they fixed the prior one before it was taking the diamonds and not renewing it. This time its completely disappearing.

I opened my bank..after buying a new one because it was not in the bank before because i was not in my bank before..and there was the costume that went poof..what..is wrong ?
